Norberto has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development and project management. He has developed more than 1,000,000 square feet of warehouse, retail and office spaces in Central Florida. Norberto focuses on selection of new investment and  project opportunities.

Erika has worked alongside Norberto at Norbridge Properties since 2005, primarily focusing on property management and daily office operations. As a broker and attorney, Erika manages all purchase, sale  & leasing transactions on behalf of Norbridge Properties.
